Job Summary
Maintain accurate employee files and update data in HRIS systems while auditing records for compliance. Screen job applications, schedule interviews, and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, PTO, and leave policies. Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and tracking required training documentation. Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws by managing I-9s, W-4s, and policy acknowledgments. Provide administrative support to the VP of Human Resources as assigned. Serve as the primary point of contact for routine HR inquiries.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in Human Resources
- Equivalent combination of education and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in HR administration
