Job Summary
HR Administrator supports core HR functions for Edge employees, focusing on payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations with backup accounting and recruiting support. Responsibilities include entering hours, commissions, and expenses for bi-weekly payroll, benefits billing and reconciliation, onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee data in the HCM system, pulling reports for HR/leadership analysis, responding to HR inquiries, and contributing to a service-focused culture. Requires at least 2 years payroll experience, ADP/HCM familiarity, strong organizational skills, discretion with confidential information, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; position is full-time in Plano, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll
- Experience with HCM systems (ADP preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with some ambiguity
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear communicator with good judgment and awareness of tone
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
