Job Summary
Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Human Resources at the Fort Dodge, IA corporate headquarters. Responsibilities include assisting with employee onboarding and training programs, producing and posting job openings, reviewing applicants, setting up and conducting interviews, completing background and reference checks, setting up pre-employment testing, maintaining employee information electronically, assisting with the drug and alcohol testing program, unemployment claims processing, and supporting compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEOC, FLSA and other regulatory requirements. Also assist with composing letters, meeting with employees, scanning and data entry, and other duties as assigned. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Requires detail-orientation, strong communication, and computer skills. Minimum 2 years HR experience; AA degree required; BA in HR or Management preferred.
