Job Summary
Process all HR employee data transactions in Workday, including new hires, status changes, and time tracking. Provide administrative support to HRBPs by managing phones, calendars, travel, and expenses. Coordinate desk coverage requests, floater assignments, and new hire orientation training. Audit personnel files, prepare exit paperwork, and respond to ad hoc report requests with urgency. Manage time and attendance for the NY office and assist with daily agency assistant staffing. Deliver orientation to staff-level employees and coordinate assistant desk training schedules. Handle general inquiries regarding HR policies, systems, and benefits while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum one (1) year relevant experience
- Direct Workday HRIS experience
- Demonstrated organizational, critical thinking, interpersonal, planning, problem solving, and business analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts and functionality quickly and to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretely handle sensitive and confidential information
- Possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment
- Needs to be a team player who is approachable and supportive; able to contribute ideas and recommendations
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Must be available for weekend shifts
