Job Summary
Coordinate interview logistics, prepare documents and presentations, and manage candidate communications to ensure a seamless hiring experience. Screen calls and mail, route inquiries, and maintain new hire folders while supporting onboarding paperwork and orientation scheduling. Prepare correspondence, edit materials for accuracy, and handle confidential information with discretion. Manage an active calendar, coordinate travel arrangements, and procure office supplies in compliance with departmental policies. This role serves as a bridge between the executive office and all departments within AH. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of HR administrative experience, with proficiency in ATS tools like Workday or Taleo.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of progressive administrative experience within Human Resources
- demonstrated exposure to recruitment coordination
- Hands-on experience supporting full-cycle recruiting activities
- Proven ability to manage high-volume scheduling
- Experience supporting onboarding processes
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to interface comfortably and professionally with all levels of employees and executives
- Experience handling confidential matters with discretion and tact

- Ability to fully execute assignments with high degree of accuracy
- good judgement in a variety of situations
- Accuracy in performing all functions of this position
- Must be in office 9am to 4pm
- Wednesday mandatory each week
- 3 days in office
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- equivalent experience to Bachelor's degree
- Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS)
- Familiarity with recruiting platforms (e.g., Workday, Taleo, or similar ATS tools)
