Job Summary
Provide clerical and administrative support for the Director of Human Resources, including managing licensure files for DPI, initiating criminal background checks, and assisting with salary scheduling. Submit longevity records, coordinate coaching contracts, and maintain substitute files and renewal credits within the LINQ information system. Prepare teacher contracts, post vacancy announcements, and complete state reports such as SS200 and New Hire Reports. Maintain BT and probationary status lists, set up evaluation schedules in the NCEES program, and communicate staff actions to school administrators. Send employment letters following Board Meetings and assist with staff recognition programs. Requires a high school diploma, two years of administrative office experience, and knowledge of North Carolina Professional Educator Licensure.

- Experience in an educational setting
