Job Summary
Lead, organize, and direct a senior APAC Early Careers Operations team to deliver day-to-day recruiting operations, onboarding, and internship program activities while defining and maintaining operational controls, policies, and processes. Drive resource planning, cross-functional stakeholder management, and end-to-end recruiting operations including post-offer/pre-hire processes, internships, events, and vendor coordination. Own continuous improvement of processes, systems, and capabilities; manage escalations, triage issues, and monitor KPIs across a geographically dispersed team. Define operating cadences, support regulatory compliance, and enable a positive employee experience. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in Talent Acquisition or HR Operations; strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills; experience with HR controls, internal audit, and HR systems/tools (e.g., ATS platforms; Oracle Recruiting Cloud).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or Human Resources
- Experience with HR control partners and internal audit
- Excellent analytical skills with sound judgment
- Quick learner with ability to understand HR requirements, frameworks, standards, and practices
- Experience building teams and developing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to negotiate and influence at all levels
- Ability to work under tight deadlines within a rapidly changing regulatory and business environment
- High drive and ownership; willing to work hard to achieve objectives
- Ability to lead a geographically dispersed team and synthesize data
