Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day and strategic functions of HR and workplace safety for a contract manufacturing operation. Manage the full employee life cycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, policies, compensation, benefits, and leave administration while ensuring HRIS data integrity. Execute safety programs covering inspections, audits, incident reporting, hazard correction, and OSHA recordkeeping to maintain regulatory compliance. Partner with leadership to develop HR and people strategies, maintain employee education materials, and lead safety committee meetings to promote a safe, accountable environment. Stay current on labor laws to implement improvement plans and advocate for employee success while driving business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Safety Management, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience

- Solid planning, prioritization, organization, and execution skills
- Knowledgeable on all of the various areas of HR, Safety, Recruiting, and Payroll

- Monday – Friday typically
- 40 – 43 hours on average
- 8:00 – 5:00 pm typically
- ability to work 1st/2nd Shift
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Safety Management, or related field is strongly preferred
- Evidence of coursework towards the completion of a degree
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, manufacturing, packaging, or contract manufacturing experience is strongly preferred
- PHR certification
- SHRM-CP certification
- OSHA certificates
- Solid planning, prioritization, organization, and execution skills
- Knowledgeable on all of the various areas of HR, Safety, Recruiting, and Payroll
