Job Summary
As HR Advisor, provide practical, commercially focused HR support across employee relations, absence management, systems, reporting and people initiatives; act as first point of contact for manager and employee queries; ensure policy application in line with employment legislation; support investigations and documentation for Employee Relations cases; produce HR reports to inform decision-making and build relationships with stakeholders across multiple locations.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working in an HR Advisor role
- CIPD Level 5 qualification
- Strong Employee Relations experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident handling sensitive and confidential information
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable using HR systems and producing reports
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Experience supporting a geographically dispersed workforce
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience using HRIS platforms and people analytics
