Human Resources Adminstrator

HR Administrator with a safety specialization contracted on a temporary/part-time basis, with potential progression to full-time. Lead and govern safety and compliance programs, respond to managers and employees on personnel issues, gather information for recommendations, conduct exit/stay interviews, monitor performance, assist with termination decisions, collaborate with staff to address concerns, provide training and guidance on employee relations, and prepare comprehensive investigation reports to inform decision-making. Supports development and implementation of policies and safety procedures. Qualifications include HR Certification and a degree in Business Administration/HR; 3+ years in safety-compliance within HR; experience in agriculture/manufacturing preferred.
