Job Summary
Office and HR administration duties in a part-time role: handles employment action documentation (new hires, background checks, E-Verify, classification changes, separation), recruitment support, new hire orientation, and maintenance of employee files; maintains confidential HR records; coordinates HR processes with DHQ; manages office operations including correspondence, records, mail, donations processing, filing, and vendor coordination; participates in staff meetings, assists with timesheets and PTO approvals, and coordinates performance evaluations and merit increases; supervises community service workers and coordinates with Probation Offices; requires an Associate degree in business administration or related field and at least two years in HR/office coordination or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited college or university in business administration or related field
- At least two years experience in the performance of human resources, office coordination, or similar, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
