Job Summary

Partner with team leaders to implement and execute HR strategies focused on employee training, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Own programs across a broad spectrum of HR processes, draft and edit correspondence and reports, and champion innovative HR solutions and process enhancements. Provide general HR support in collaboration with operations teams while fostering employee engagement through proactive, hands-on approaches. Align HR strategies with business goals to recommend improvements and support employee relations, retention, and recognition programs. Manage a high-volume workload and multiple priorities effectively, demonstrating excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Stay responsive to evolving business needs and external economic factors, translating business priorities into value-added work.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administration
  • Some undergraduate education required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with training tools and techniques
  • Effective conflict resolution and time management skills
  • Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Skilled in planning, coordination, and adapting to various learning styles
  • Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently
  • Must exhibit good business judgment and acumen by being both confident and flexible in their views
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
  • Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
  • Must be willing to submit to drug screening

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior experience in call center operations or client services
  • Experience in military, government (local, state, or federal) settings
  • Background in contact center environments
  • Degree from an accredited two- or four-year college or university
  • SHRM-SCP or equivalent HR certification

Additional Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
  • Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
  • Must be willing to submit to drug screening
