Human Resources Administrator

HR Administrator role within the global HR team focused on operational HR support including onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR documentation. Responsibilities include accurately entering and updating employee information in ADP Workforce Now, collaborating with Payroll on data transfer, maintaining employee files, leading recruitment activities (job postings, resume screening, interview participation), managing pre-employment processes (background screenings), coordinating onboarding and ensuring required documents (I-9, policy acknowledgments) are completed, preparing employment-related letters (offer letters, employment agreements, status changes), administering benefits programs and open enrollment, overseeing the Employee Referral Bonus Program and HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and assisting with offboarding processes.
