Human Resources Administrator - LATAM

Job Summary
Provide end-to-end onboarding and full HR lifecycle support for LATAM offices, including preparing employment contracts, conducting new-hire orientations, handling onboarding-related questions, administering leaves and attendance, processing contract renewals, managing exits, and coordinating with payroll. Maintain up-to-date HRIS records (Workday), generate reports, manage the HR inbox, and support HR projects. Fluent in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication, and capable of prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish and English
- Previous experience in an Administrative or Customer Service role
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail
- MS Office proficiency
