Job Summary
Provide accurate, timely, and confidential HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, contract management, and leave/attendance record maintenance. Prepare and issue standard HR documentation such as employment letters and probation notices, while maintaining up-to-date employee files, trackers, and standard operating procedures. Act as the first point of contact for routine HR queries, responding within remit and escalating matters requiring specialist advice. Support HR systems administration through routine updates, data cleaning, and reporting inputs for board reviews, and assist with training administration, event coordination, and procurement processes. Maintain accurate workforce information and policy templates, ensuring all records are securely stored and handled according to established procedures.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year's relevant experience in a busy, service-oriented administrative role
- preferably with exposure to HR administration or a similar confidential support environment
- Proficient in the use of standard office software and communication tools, including Microsoft Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint or similar platforms
- Strong attention to detail
