Job Summary
The Human Resources Administrator provides administrative and coordination support to the HR function across the CCI Group of Companies. This entry-level role supports recruitment processes, maintains employee records, and assists with day-to-day HR operations to ensure efficient and compliant delivery of HR services. Responsibilities include advertising and coordinating end-to-end recruitment (interviews, reference checks, offers), onboarding and new hire documentation, administering benefits and insurance enrollments, maintaining HRIS records and employee files, preparing employee-related documents and correspondence, compiling monthly reporting and analytics, administering HR projects, and liaising with payroll, benefits providers, employees, and operation managers. Skills and qualifications emphasize attention to detail, organizational ability, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook), strong communication, and the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary, collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience may be considered as an alternative to education.
- 0–2 years of HR-related experience preferred.
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in field-based industry (e.g., oil & gas, construction).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
