Job Summary
The Human Resources Administrator oversees salary administration, recruitment, benefits, training, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with labor laws and corporate guidelines. Maintains and enhances the organization’s HR by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs, and practices at the local level. Provides policy interpretation, guidance to management, and support for HR initiatives aligned with the organization’s mission and values. Maintains current knowledge of employment laws, ensures compliance, and supports management and staff through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building. Requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills, along with proficient communication and administrative capabilities; includes occasional driving and travel.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or Undergraduate degree required
- (3) Years of relevant experience in human resources strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance with good driving record
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
