Human Resources Administrative Support

Job Summary
Provide confidential clerical and administrative HR support to the Director of Human Resources and Senior Management, including payroll and benefits support, onboarding coordination, data entry, recordkeeping, scheduling, recruitment and onboarding support, and preparation of HR documents; maintain accurate employee records; handle Open Enrollment tasks; verify employment eligibility through E-Verify and maintain I-9 documentation; assist with reports, correspondence, and supporting HR operations under supervision.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field OR at least two (2) years of HR support experience
- Minimum two (2) years of experience using ADP Workforce Now highly preferred
- Minimum three (3) years of clerical or administrative experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and effective with limited supervision
- Positive, service-oriented attitude and professional presentation
- Ability to uphold and support the Credit Union’s Service Mission and Promises
