Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive audits of employee personnel files to ensure all required documentation is present, current, and properly filed. Verify accuracy of employment contracts, offer letters, I-9 forms, and policy acknowledgments while maintaining strict adherence to federal and company recordkeeping requirements. Organize and standardize electronic folders within HRIS systems, supporting digitization initiatives by scanning and indexing documents. Provide general administrative support including document preparation, data entry, and assisting with onboarding processes. Handle time-sensitive requests with flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
