Human Resources Administrative Assistant

Job Summary
Provide full HR department support as an Administrative Assistant at Jabil. Responsibilities include communicating and interpreting HR policies and procedures, coaching managers and employees on issues such as performance, terminations, sexual harassment, and discrimination; coordinating events (orientation, safety shoe days, theme days, etc.), managing office supplies for HR, sharing and coordinating Jabil programs (e.g., Jabil Cares, Respect, Recognition), coordinating Town Hall scheduling, assisting with benefits communication and open enrollment, researching and resolving benefits questions, participating in HR projects, ensuring safety and security policy compliance, and assisting with daily/monthly reports, department documentation, and flow charts/organization charts. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of administrative/HR experience in a fast-paced environment; bilingual is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least 2+ years of experience in an administrative assistant background, either in HR and/or a manufacturing environment; or other similar environment
