Job Summary
The position involves 50% Human Resources responsibilities including recruiting, onboarding, and compliance management; 25% accounting support with invoicing and accounts receivable; and 25% administrative duties such as scheduling and office operations. Candidates should be detail-oriented with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and relevant experience preferred. This role offers a growth opportunity to evolve into a dedicated HR position within 2–4 years.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (or relevant equivalent) required
- 1–3+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office technology
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in the civil engineering, construction, or professional services industry
- HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR), or willingness to obtain
- Familiarity with benefits administration and employment compliance
