Job Summary
Conduct high-volume recruitment searches by sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking while drafting standardized job descriptions. Interview candidates via phone, video, or in-person meetings and manage the full cycle from requisition posting to onboarding paperwork. Maintain applicant files, coordinate background screenings, and establish relationships with schools, agencies, and search firms. Collect hiring metrics, conduct pay surveys, and recommend salary adjustments while ensuring compliance with federal and state labor regulations. Attend college recruiting events and assist in new employee orientation. Requires 1-3 years of recruiting experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
- Knowledge of Behavioral based interviewing
- Proficiency in using Microsoft word, excel and outlook
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment law compliance
- Ability to select and utilize the most appropriate method to source qualified candidates
- Travel may be required to other locations (approximately 20%)
