Job Summary
Provide administrative HR support and serve as the first point of contact for employees. Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, deliver New Hire Orientation, coordinate benefits and employee services, maintain HRIS data accuracy, generate and analyze reports to support compliance and workforce planning, and draft HR communications. Partner with hiring managers to integrate new hires, support employee engagement initiatives, and assist with audits and process improvements. Maintain HR documentation, ensure compliance with employment laws, and train staff as needed. This role requires onsite work in Lake Zurich, IL three days per week and involvement in responsibilities across benefits administration, reporting, and policy communications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma with two or more years of related experience OR bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field with 1+ years of HR experience
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar
