Job Summary

Manage leave requests, facilitate new hire onboarding with contract issuance, and serve as the primary contact for employee grievances and performance evaluations. Maintain accurate HR records, process payroll by verifying timesheets and deductions, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Support the performance evaluation process for direct staff while driving client retention through exceptional service delivery. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, three years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Google Suite and HRMIS systems. Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a HR practitioner or in an operations role in a dynamic business environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or business-related field from a reputable institution
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and HRMIS systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges efficiently
