Human Resource Officer

Maintain organizational staff through effective recruiting, testing, and interviewing processes while advising administration on candidate selection and evaluating interview outcomes. Develop and deliver orientation and training programs to prepare employees for success, and oversee performance management by training supervisors in coaching, discipline, and counseling techniques. Serve as the primary liaison between management and employees to promote clear communication, supporting corrective actions, conflict resolution, and workplace incident response. Manage and maintain employee scheduling for active clients, ensuring optimal staffing coverage and operational efficiency by tracking availability two weeks in advance and resolving conflicts promptly. This full-time position requires a 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST Monday–Friday schedule. A high school diploma is required with a college degree preferred, along with a minimum of three years of full-time HR experience, ideally in a healthcare setting.
