Human Resource Manager

Oversee day-to-day HR operations, lead full-cycle recruitment and hiring, and manage employee relations including coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution. Ensure HR policies, systems, and processes remain effective, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals while supervising payroll, benefits, and compensation structures. Maintain compliance with employment laws and audit readiness, and lead volunteer engagement operations to ensure a consistent, welcoming experience across the organization. Chair the TIDE Committee and support leadership development initiatives. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 to 7 years of progressive HR experience.
