Job Summary
Our award-winning client in West Memphis, AR seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead strategic people initiatives in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. Responsible for crafting and implementing policies for the manufacturing workforce, guiding employee relations, providing expert HR guidance to managers, and implementing practices to improve employee experience and departmental efficiency. Maintain expertise in HR laws and regulations to ensure compliant, smooth operations in a fast-paced setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR or similar
- 5 years of experience (or equivalent combination)
- PHR certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR disciplines (employee relations, diversity, performance management)
- Experience in automotive manufacturing (a plus)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Skilled negotiator and conflict manager
- Strong understanding of diversity and multicultural workplaces
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
