Job Summary
Review and update People & Culture policies, monitor local labor trends and social legislation, and prepare periodic reports to management. Counsel personnel on career planning and employee relations, investigate disciplinary actions for compliance with labor laws, and oversee social and recreational activities. Develop and implement recruitment strategies, coordinate hiring with divisional heads, and interview direct reports. Manage team performance through reviews and training programs while maintaining strong relations with all departments and external contacts. Maintain high standards of personal appearance, adhere to fire and life safety procedures, and attend assigned briefings and meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management / Hotel Management
- Minimum 3 years of Human Resources Management experience
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and customer contact skills
- Results and service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
- A team player & builder
- A motivator & self-starter
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
- Must be local talent
