Job Summary

Oversees and participates in HR functions for the property, including recruitment, benefits administration, and employee development. Leads hiring processes, sources candidates, conducts onboarding and orientation, supports unemployment claims and benefits administration, maintains compliance with Privacy Act and safety policies, and collaborates with management to ensure effective training, cross-training, and HR program delivery. Partners with vendors to optimize job advertising, ensures proper documentation and recordkeeping, and maintains open communication channels for employee relations and performance expectations. Ensures adherence to HR policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements across the property. Proficient in coordinating new hire orientation and facilitating effective onboarding and training initiatives, while maintaining accurate employee records and supporting a positive company culture.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in HR, management operations, or related area OR 2-year degree in HR, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in HR, management operations, or related area
