Human Resource Manager

HR Manager role within a global manufacturing-affiliated organization. Responsible for providing general HR expertise to management, potentially handling select HR functions such as employment, planning, development, and possibly training and new employee orientation. Key duties include ensuring 100% safety compliance, building cross-functional teams, leading by example, coordinating with departments to meet objectives, analyzing wage and salary data to ensure internal equity, preparing personnel forecasts, advising on policies for equal opportunity, compensation, and benefits, coordinating with third-party administrators for workers’ compensation and benefits, ensuring legal compliance, maintaining an HRIS, maintaining required records, reducing absenteeism and turnover, conducting exit interviews, participating in safety meetings, approving personnel changes, and supporting corporate HR policies. Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least 7 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment, and strong interpersonal, communication, confidentiality, negotiation, and software skills.
