Job Summary
Human Resources Manager responsible for leadership of HR, payroll, risk management, benefits, compliance, and organizational development. Leads employee relations, performance management, training, and open enrollment; oversees payroll and HRIS, wage/hour compliance, and reporting (EEO1, OSHA, ACA). Develops/updates handbooks, directs new hire orientation, staff meetings, and harassment training; partners with executive team on HR tools and processes. Requires 5-7+ years in HR leadership, strong communication, strategic collaboration, and Food & Beverage industry experience.
Required Qualifications
- Over 5-7 years of experience in leading human resources roles
- Food and Beverage Industry Experience is a must
- Strong communication skills, oral/written
- Strategic thinker and collaborator
