Job Summary
Conduct impartial investigations into employee complaints, advise on conflict resolution, and manage terminations while ensuring compliance with laws. Oversee performance evaluation processes, coach managers on feedback delivery, and lead training sessions on goal-setting. Administer all employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, and vision plans, while managing open enrollment and vendor partnerships. Evaluate benefits designs for cost-effectiveness and ensure adherence to federal and state regulations. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and leave programs.
Required Qualifications
