Job Summary
Human Resources Manager to support employees and oversee key HR functions across a family-owned dealership group. Responsibilities include payroll administration, onboarding/offboarding, benefits management (health insurance, leave of absence), timekeeping/attendance, policy guidance, regulatory compliance, employee records/documentation/audit readiness, and HR reporting. The role requires ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, providing HR guidance to employees and management, and supporting policy development and communication across the organization. The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and proficient with HRIS and payroll systems; BambooHR experience is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS platforms and payroll systems
- BambooHR experience preferred

- Experience maintaining confidential employee information
- Proactive, self-motivated with ownership and accountability
