Job Summary
Communicate business goals, programs, and processes for CES engineering, CES sourcing, Suzhou site Quality team, and production teams. Solve problems, develop objectives for self and others, and effect short-term and long-term business goals. Deliver HR solutions in talent management, culture, employee engagement, acquisition, analytics, leadership development, workforce planning, and labor relations. Support a diverse cross-functional portfolio spanning engineering, sourcing, quality, and production with flexibility to assist related functions. Build relationships with people leaders and employees to foster open communication, collaboration, and trust. Partner with business to understand workforce needs and develop attraction strategies. Monitor and problem-solve HR metrics using FLIGHT DECK fundamentals to enable business priorities. Lead and support GE Aerospace HR initiatives as appropriate. Based in Suzhou with minimum two days per week in Shanghai office. Bachelor's degree with four years of HR experience required; manufacturing HR experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in related area or unrelated area
- 4 years of HR experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources and/or relevant work experience

- Based in Suzhou

Desired Qualifications
