Human Resource Manager

Lead and manage all day-to-day human resources functions for a manufacturing facility, developing and administering HR policies and programs aligned with business objectives. Oversee employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, training and development, HRIS administration, compliance with employment laws, and workforce planning. Serve as a trusted advisor to plant leadership, guiding managers and employees on employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns while supporting continuous improvement, acquisitions, integrations, and restructuring initiatives. Partner with plant leadership to address workforce challenges, drive organizational effectiveness, and foster an engaged, compliant workplace culture.
