Job Summary
Drive hiring, training, and retention by filling open positions, conducting background checks, and leading structured onboarding for new associates. Build effective weekly schedules that align with talent and business needs while auditing timecards and maintaining data integrity across systems. Foster store culture through engagement activities, celebrating achievements, and providing ongoing guidance to resolve associate concerns. Complete daily cash office functions including deposits, audits, and shortage control to ensure compliance with safety and security protocols. Participate in weekly leadership meetings to plan workload assignments and utilize talent reporting to highlight successes.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of Retail Leadership/HR Management experience
- Must regularly move around all store areas
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product
- Must lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
