Job Summary
Drive store objectives and associate success by leading hiring, training, and retention activities while building effective weekly schedules. Fill open positions by communicating openings, sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and initiating background checks to ensure timely hiring. Conduct engaging onboarding experiences, confirm associate understanding of policies and platforms, and champion continuous learning initiatives. Foster a positive culture by building team connections, recognizing contributions, and maintaining data integrity across systems for compliance and reporting. Complete effective schedules aligned with business needs, audit timecards for accuracy, and lead shortage control to minimize risk. Participate in weekly leadership meetings, respond promptly to associate concerns, and perform daily cash office functions including deposits and audits. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, while regularly moving around all store areas and lifting up to 40 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of Retail Leadership/HR Management experience
- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
