Job Summary
Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and preparing employment documentation. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, track staff training and certifications, and assist with performance management logistics. Manage leave, time tracking, and attendance while helping implement HR policies and compliance initiatives. Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, prepare reports for management, and handle general administrative tasks. Work professionally in client environments within a fast-paced consulting setting that provides strategy and HR support to SMEs and startups.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years HR or administrative experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work professionally in client environments while representing Darian Sterling
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
- Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced consulting environment

- Proficiency in MS Office
