Job Summary
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent while managing the full-cycle process from job postings to onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, create tailored plans, and utilize sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, maintain recruitment databases and ATS systems, and track metrics to optimize hiring efficiency. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback. Collaborate with HR and other departments to support employer branding initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Masters/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in Quant/ tech/ Financial operations hiring
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR-related roles
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and labor market trends
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
