Job Summary
HR Generalist to support leadership across PBS Brands in a Denver-based, hybrid role. Responsibilities include employee relations advisory and mentoring Operations leadership, conducting investigations, onboarding and ongoing training (discrimination, harassment, retaliation), unemployment claims and employment-related filing (EEOC, OSHA, Work Comp), HR reporting and compliance with federal/state laws, and payroll collaboration. Requires restaurant/hospitality experience, a bachelor's degree, 3-5 years HR experience, strong HR/legal knowledge, confidentiality, and cross-functional collaboration. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of Human Resources experience
- Restaurant or hospitality experience required
- Experience supporting multi-unit operations
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
