Job Summary
Partner with plant management on recruitment, training, performance evaluation, safety compliance, and employee relations. Build relationships with operations teams while managing conflict resolution and verifying I-9 documentation. Maintain up-to-date employee records and assist with background checks within the HRIS. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 1-3 years of HR experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Full-time onsite role in Salem, Ohio with comprehensive benefits including health care, 401K match, and educational assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1 - 3 years' experience in the human resources function
- specific experience in Human Resources Management within a production facility
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively handle multiple priorities
- Displays high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
