Job Summary
Assess existing organizational recruitment functions and develop a consistent recruitment strategy to meet objectives. Evaluate the hiring lifecycle from sourcing to offer, defining process improvements and implementing changes across all hiring levels. Optimize HRIS modules for recruitment and onboarding, standardizing system processes and becoming a subject matter expert. Formalize the new hire orientation program by championing objectives, content, resources, and logistics. This role supports Jericho Road's mission of systemic health equity and global community impact, offering competitive pay, medical coverage, and opportunities for international travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources
- Minimum of 5 years' Human Resources experience
- Lifecycle recruitment experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in lifecycle recruitment
- Employee orientation/onboarding experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in employee orientation/onboarding
- Process design and improvement experience
- Experience implementing, managing and assessing HRIS and modules
- Strong ability to present information and describe process(es) and procedures to hiring managers and key stakeholders in recruitment, orientation
- Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality for all Human Resource functions of JRCHC (Jericho Road Community Health Center)
- Expectation of travel between all locations
