Job Summary
HR Generalist to manage recruitment and onboarding, partner with managers on job descriptions and talent pipelines, administer PI assessments, conduct stay interviews and performance reviews, support workforce planning, ensure compliance, assist with payroll benefits as backup, coordinate internship program, and drive HR projects and continuous improvement with a focus on engagement and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- SHRM-CP designation preferred
