Job Summary
Conduct recruitment, staffing, and employee engagement activities while managing general human resources operations for Midway Colleges. Utilize Microsoft software to support analytical, organizational, and problem-solving tasks that ensure accuracy in personnel matters. Apply strong communication skills to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment focused on continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction. This role supports the institution's mission of developing proactive, values-centered individuals through a culture of integrity, volunteerism, and discipline.
Required Qualifications
- Preferably Graduate of Human Resource Management Development, and Marketing Management
- At least six (6) months of experience in the related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Softwares
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Have good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Training related to recruitment and staffing, and employee engagement
