Human Resource Executive

Assist and support BHR and HR Operations in developing and implementing people management strategies. Manage HR-related internal and external communications, change management projects, and run Employee Engagement and Employee Relations activities. Responsible for conducting regular HR workshops and induction sessions, acting as a point of contact for employees and managers in the absence of BHR.
