Job Summary
As Energy Bay’s HR Coordinator, you will support the People & Culture team with end-to-end HR administration and program delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating and supporting HR programs (including compliance training and learning & development initiatives), handling recruitment and onboarding, offboarding and HR documentation, contributing to P&C projects, partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR processes, and assisting with office operations as needed. The role emphasizes a proactive, solutions-focused mindset, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to promote a safe, compliant work environment aligned with WHS policies and a Zero Harm culture. Qualifications highlight a degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, along with experience in administrative or HR coordination roles and a passion for culture, capability uplift, and business performance.
