Human Resource Business Partner

Job Summary
The Human Resource Business Partner will work closely with business leaders, managers, and employees to align HR best practices with business objectives, provide strategic HR guidance, and support overall organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities include strategic HR planning, performance management and reward systems, development and implementation of HR policies, compliance with labor laws, talent management strategies, and change management. The role requires strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and engagement with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in HR, Administration, Management or any other relevant field
- At least 7 years’ work experience with 2 years in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple assignments
- High sense of professionalism and confidentiality
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certification in Human Resource Management
- Member of the Institute of Human Resource Management
- Basic HRMIS management/use experience
