Job Summary
Execute talent management initiatives based on a proprietary framework while driving HR operational efficiency and people reporting analytics. Establish a healthy, values-led culture through innovative practices and co-facilitate training programs across interpersonal and cultural immersions. Maintain and enhance people policies to ensure statutory compliance and audit readiness, actively driving organizational processes aligned with company vision. Navigate complexity and ambiguity to deliver scalable people solutions, assessing progress and communicating challenges to key stakeholders. Collaborate with various teams to create common tools and methods that impact company culture and people policies.
Required Qualifications
- MBA in HR from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes
- Around 5 - 7 years' experience in similar role
- Excellent Communication
- Critical Evaluation, Analytical thinking & Problem-solving skills
- Ethical Practice
- Relationship Management and Interpersonal skills
- Organization skills and Attention to detail
- Ability to cope in a complex and fast-changing business environment, and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations
- Strong planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally
- Good influencing and persuasion skills with the ability to enthuse and inspire multidisciplinary teams and build successful relationships at all levels
- Good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
