Job Summary
Partner with senior manufacturing, engineering, and operations leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, driving organizational design, workforce planning, and succession processes. Manage complex employee relations issues including investigations and disciplinary actions while ensuring compliance with employment laws and collective practices. Coach leaders on performance management and employee development, and support change initiatives related to automation, scaling operations, and new product introductions. Mentor junior HR staff and contribute to continuous improvement of HR programs within a fast-paced high-tech environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- 5 years as an Human Resources Business Partner
- Experience supporting manufacturing or high-tech environments
- Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage complex situations
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent experience
- HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent)
- Experience supporting global or multi-site manufacturing operations
