Job Summary
Deploy HR strategies and initiatives to support organizational goals through daily strategic guidance on policy implementation, performance evaluation, and employee engagement. Investigate and resolve employee complaints, analyze relations trends, and conduct exit interviews to recommend proactive measures. Build partnerships with leaders, answer routine questions regarding benefits and pay, and communicate compliance information to ensure understanding. Identify training needs, assist in administering engagement initiatives, and work collaboratively to improve morale, working relationships, and retention. Comply with federal, state, and local employment laws while reviewing policies to maintain standards. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, three years of HR experience, and Workday proficiency. Hybrid travel to clinic sites is necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of HR experience
- Broad knowledge of HR industry practices with demonstrated generalist experience in areas of employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits, recruitment, and talent development
- Ability to effectively handle shifting priorities and adapt to changing demands in a dynamic environment
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools, such as video conferencing software, instant messaging platforms, and customer relationship management systems
- Compliance with all security and privacy policies and protocols, including safeguarding patient information and maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Hybrid role with the ability & willingness to travel to all clinic sites as necessary within a geographic region
- Regularly required to sit and stand for extended periods
- Involves standing, sitting, walking, bending, stooping, and twisting
- Requires full range of body motion, including manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination
- Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 20 lbs
